Low temperature silver paste SNM FG08

SNM FG08 is a silver paste developed and produced for the cover plate of the front shell. This type of paste can be printed on a variety of substrates by a pad printing process. It has good adhesion after printing and curing, low square resistance, and high film hardness , Good weather resistance. This product meets ROHS and halogen-free requirements.

Application conditions:

1. Stirring: Please put the slurry in the working area for at least 4 hours before opening the tank, and let it return to room temperature or operating temperature; please fully stir before printing. , Mix at a speed of 15-20 rpm for 30 minutes.

2. Printing: In a clean and well-ventilated environment, suggested that the screen mesh number is 150-325 mesh and the latex thickness is 5-25 μm.

3. Curing: 90°C&90min in blast drying oven.

4. Cleaning: suggested to use net water for cleaning.

5. Dilution: This product can be printed directly. If appropriate adjustment is needed, use the attached special thinner.

6. Transportation and storage: 4-8 ºC, sealed and refrigerated; should pay attention to moisture, pollution, high temperature, and avoid direct sunlight; should be stored in a clean, dry, no open flame environment; unopened canned, shelf life is 6 months .

Mostly our MOQ is 1kg, while sometimes we accept less quantity like 200g on the condition that

Q7. How about the delivery time?

Normally, for sample order, our delivery is within 5 days.

For mass production batch, our delivery is within 7 days. But that depends on the real condition 

when we get your order.

 

Q8. Can I get a sample?

Yes, sample is available. 

If noble metal such as Ag, Pd included, and the material cost is already high, we do not offer free samples.
